Winners revealed for CN Specialists Awards 2024


The winners of this year’s Construction News Specialists Awards were revealed tonight (5 September) in a gala ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

Specialists were recognised across 23 categories at the event, which was attended by more than 650 people and hosted by comedian Andy Parsons.

An independent panel of 83 judges selected the winners out of more than 300 submissions.

Three firms won multiple awards at this year’s event. John F Hunt picked up the trophies for Demolition and Enabling Specialist of the Year and Health, Safety and Wellbeing Excellence; McGee won in the Outstanding Contribution to Sustainability and the Specialist Contractor of the Year (turnover over £25m) categories; and Seaway7 won the Project of the Year by a Specialist Contractor (subcontract over £5m) and Innovation of the Year (Contractor) awards.
