Created in 1921, Rudolph Carpenter of Lititz, Pennsylvania created this towering, one of a kind clock which is composed of 50,000 individual pieces of wood.

A total of 20 different species of wood were used to created this marvel of timekeeping, which include walnut, pine, white holly, ebony, cherry, rose, and mahogany, among others. The interworkings inside are also made of wood.
