Golfer Rory McIlroy is playing golf at Saturday’s Masters Tournament in Augusta like he really, really wants his first green jacket to complete his career Grand Slam.
His stunning eagle on No. 15 might just well be the highlight of the tournament if McIlroy wins, and CBS Sports’ Jim Nantz did a really excellent job highlighting the importance of the moment.
McIlroy left Saturday’s tournament atop the leaderboard at 12-under par for the tournament and in sharp position going into Sunday’s final round.
Nantz has always done a great job of making sure we understand the gravity of a moment in Augusta, and we’ll look forward to hearing him call McIlroy’s final round on Sunday as the latter aims to sport his first green jacket.
